Happy Video Game Innovation Day in Massachusetts

Governor Deval Patrick signs a proclimation declaring 09.09.09 Video Game Innovation DayMassachusetts Governor Deval Patrick signed a proclamation early this morning to declare September 9, 2009 as Video Game Innovation Day in the commonwealth. 

What does that mean for us here at GV HQ?

It means playing some The Beatles: Rock Band (by fellow Boston-based game makers Harmonix). And it means giving away more great prizes to more game show contestants! Our online game shows continue to be red hot--with two big wins in the last 24 hours coming from Kathyron3 of Livermore, CA, who took home $756 in Magic 21, and Steve3265 of Jeffersonville, NY, who scored $81 in our newest game show, Quick-Draw Poker.

And for some of the new tune into our Gamesville Twitter account tomorrow as we kick off another round of Gamesville Twitter trivia. We'll be giving away five $25 Best Buy gift cards, so follow along and play starting at 12 noon EST tomorrow thanks to our friends Snapple.
