President Rupiah Banda, who has more than 200 primates living on his estate, had been attacking opposition leader Michael Sata when the mischievous primate struck. Gramdeb4 says, "These are my granddogs, Jesse the miniature pinscher & Maxie the doberman. They love their Gramma and usually fight over who will sit on my lap. It always ends in a draw with both dogs sharing the lap. They lost their mommy on June 7th of this year when my daughter lost her brave fight with lymphoma. Now Jesse lives with me, along with my granddaughter and Maxie lives with Daddy. They do see each other a lot and competition continues between the two. Never doubt that dogs do mourn or feel loss--these two still miss Mommy and we do our best to shower them with comfort and love."

We've heard of family squabbles, but this one may take the cake. According to KTLA comedian Sunda Croonquist's mother-in-law jokes may have struck a nerve, as she is now being sued by the family member for spreading false, defamatory lies with in-law jokes that have become a staple of her routine. The action seeks damages and demands that Croonquist remove any offensive statements from her Web site, routines and recordings. While Croonquist agreed to drop any language her family finds offensive in her act, she refuses to pay any settlement. That must be one tough crowd to entertain during the holidays. April1721 says, "This is Cat Mandu, our kitten we got from the shelter a little over five months ago. With a dangerously low white blood cell count he's been fighting for his life since we took him in. Cat Mandu often can't eat, drink or move quickly without some assistance. Even after all his fighting he still manages to cuddle up next to me and my husband and give us all the love he has in his little body. He is such a strong cat and I thank God everyday we gave him a safe and loving home to be a part of. I don't know what I would do without seeing his beautiful blue eyes everyday."
